• Made-to-Order Items: Because all our pieces are custom-built, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• Order Adjustments: Changes may be possible within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to adjust an order.

• Damage or Defect: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or repair at our discretion.

• Final Sale: All custom pieces are final sale.
